Meher Baba's New Life

This chapter of Meher Baba's life is unique and came as a surprise to many of his close disciples.  He left behind everything material, only keeping his Samadhi (tomb) in his name. Throughout his life, Meher Baba would not touch money unless he was handing it as a gift to someone.  His close disciples would handle this aspect of his life, often donating properties for his work which he would quickly abandon as soon as the work was complete.  During his New Life phase, the companions that accompanied him were asked to beg for food, living out of caravans and walking miles a day.
